Yes. National Deck Drawings serves customers nationwide. Local building departments determine their own submission requirements.
Are the drawings guaranteed to be permit-ready?
No. We do not guarantee permit approval or a particular jurisdiction's requirements. Your local building department determines what documentation, engineering, site plans, or other materials are required.
Do you provide engineering or sealed drawings?
Engineering and professional seals are not included in the $499 package. If your jurisdiction requires them, you may need to engage a qualified professional separately.
Can you draw a two-level deck?
The standard $499 package is limited to one-level decks with stairs and railing. More complex projects are outside the defined package scope.
